Two ways to hire
Pickup or delivery
Our pickup option is the cheapest way to do karaoke in NZ. Grab the system from us in Hamilton on the Friday, drop it back on Monday. Full weekend hire, no delivery fee. Best option for Waikato customers or anyone driving up from the King Country, Coromandel, BOP or Taupo.
You'll need at least a sedan boot or hatchback (we show you how to pack it). 10-minute walkthrough on setup and pack-up before you leave.
If pickup doesn't suit, we deliver. We bring the gear to your venue, set it up before guests arrive, return at the end of the night to pack it down. Best option if you're outside the Waikato, you've never set up audio gear, or you just don't want the hassle. Delivery is a transparent fixed fee based on your location.

Wedding karaoke hire
For weddings where the dancefloor wants to go from DJ to karaoke and back, we set up the karaoke kit alongside the DJ (or as part of the DJ rig if booked together). Often used during dinner and canapés, then again late-night when the dancefloor needs different energy. The wedding-party-and-friends round of "I Want It That Way" is a recurring highlight.
21st & birthday karaoke hire
The 21st market loves karaoke, particularly in backyard, lounge or marquee setups. Pickup hire works brilliantly for backyard 21sts: grab Friday, return Monday, party hard between. For milestone birthdays (40th, 50th, 60th+) karaoke is often a quieter feature: early evening singalongs around dinner, classic hits, multi-generational fun.

With 50,000+ songs, that is rare. But if you have a niche request, send it to us before your event and we will check availability. New tracks are added weekly so the catalogue keeps growing.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, full public liability insurance for delivered hires.
Can we use the karaoke outdoors?
Yes, at the bach, backyard, marquee, deck. Just need a powerpoint nearby. Battery-powered sound options available, let us know your setup.
Is there a bond?
Yes, a $100 refundable bond on pickup hires, returned once the kit comes back in good order.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekends in November to February book up early. Other weekends and weekdays are typically available with 2 to 3 weeks notice. Last-minute is often possible, flick us a message.
