Every plateau event's different, so we work travel out case by case around your date and venue. Flag where you're holding it when you enquire and we'll come back with a tidy, all-in number.
For the further-out weddings we'll often suggest arriving the day before, so setup happens in daylight and the day itself runs calm.

Plateau weddings tend to be either lakeside (Black Barn, Ohakuri Rise, Hilton Lake Taupo) or alpine-adjacent (Tongariro, Ohakune). We bring full ceremony + reception + dance gear, MC if you want one, and a setup pattern that's already been through these venues plenty of times.
Off-site conference vibe.
A growing chunk of our Plateau calendar is off-site corporate, ski-season conferences at Hilton Lake Taupo, end-of-year retreats out at Ohakune, brand activations at Rotorua's geothermal-themed venues, with the sound, lighting and AV sorted on the one quote. Branded photo booths and 360 booths travel well for the offsite crowd too.
