A non-refundable retainer of 20% of the full fee is required to secure your event booking with My Event DJ. In the event of cancellation or postponement by the client, written notice must be given 30 days prior to the event. Where less than 30 days notice is given then 50% of the fee will be payable. This includes any cancellation due to COVID-19 – if cancelled or postponement is required due to COVID-19 we can allow a reallocation of your deposit and any fees to a new date within 18 months. The deposit is still non-refundable if COVID-19 related.
