TERMS AND CONDITIONS
✅ Securing Your Booking
- A 20% retainer secures your date.
- Retainers are non-refundable, but if something outside your control happens (like government restrictions, pandemics, or natural disasters), we can move your booking to a new date within 12 months (subject to availability).
💳 Payments
- The full balance is due 7 days before your event.
- If payment isn’t made, we may need to cancel your booking.
🍽️ Meals
- If possible, we appreciate being provided with a meal and non-alcoholic drinks on the night. (Unfortunately we don’t eat seafood.)
⚡ Safety
- You’re responsible for making sure the venue is safe for us, our equipment, and our vehicle.
- If unsafe conditions cause damage or injury, we may seek compensation.
⏱️ Set-Up
- A standard setup takes about 30 minutes, but we need 1.5 hours before the start time to set up properly.
- Larger setups may require more time, which we’ll confirm in advance.
🚗 Travel
- Travel is included in some packages.
- Outside city centres, we charge $1.50 per km.
- If your event is more than 3 hours away, we’ll also need accommodation.
- Larger setups may also require truck hire, which we’ll discuss with you.
📸 Media
- We sometimes take photos or short videos for social media or our website.
- We may also ask for professional photos from your photographer.
- If you’d prefer us not to use any media from your event, just let us know in writing before the event.
🌪️ Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
- If something beyond our control stops us performing (e.g., government restrictions, extreme weather, natural disasters, power outages, or similar), we’ll work with you to move your booking to another date within 12 months, however no refunds will be offered.
